Designer's Notes

These exquisite silk velvet “Shibori” are hand stitched in a resist and then dyed with a melange of colours to produce a unique piece of shimmering, prism like velvet. As the light catches the velvet, subtle nuances of colour are revealed – these are part of my Limited Edition range as it is impossible to produce the exact combination again.

Colour Notes

Gleaming shades of purples and mauves. As the light catches the velvet, ones eye is taken from deep amethyst, violet and heliotrope to pale mauves. These all combine to create an overall effect of shimmering richness. Limited Edition.
