Designer's Notes

This pieced “Shibori” scarf is cut from velvet which has been hand stitched in a resist and then dyed with a melange of colours to produce a unique piece of opalescent, prism like velvet. Because of the way the velvet pieces are individually placed, the pile of the velvet runs in different directions. This creates a shimmering interplay of light and shade, giving even greater richness to this unique scarf.

Colour Notes

An iridescent combination of subdued tones of rose pink, chestnut and mink through to dark chocolate. A melange of subtle, shimmering elegance. A very flattering combination for any skin tone.
